Wrathforge is a training and nutrition app. Nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nobody who made it is your doctor. The programs, calorie and protein targets, exercise instructions and supplement notes are general information, not a prescription for you.
Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you start any training or nutrition program, and especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a heart, joint, metabolic or eating-related condition, taking medication, or returning after a long time away from exercise.
Lifting, running and combat training carry a real risk of injury. You are responsible for your own form, your own loads, your own equipment and your own judgment on any given day. Mizan Group LLC is not liable for injury, illness or loss arising from your use of the app.
Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, sharp or sudden pain, or anything that does not feel like normal training effort, and get medical help. Pushing through those is not toughness.
The app's coaching voice is blunt on purpose. It is talking about excuses, not about pain.
Calorie and protein ranges come from standard equations applied to what you told us. They are starting points, not medical nutrition therapy, and they cannot account for your health history. If you have any condition affected by what you eat, work with a doctor or a registered dietitian instead.
The supplement notes in the app summarise published evidence and nothing more. They are not a recommendation to take anything. Check with a doctor or pharmacist, particularly if you take medication. Supplement advice is hidden for users under 18.
Wrathforge is for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, talk to a parent or guardian before you start, and tell them what you are doing.
Nothing here promises a result. Training outcomes depend on far more than an app, including sleep, stress, genetics, health and how long you keep going.
